• Park Passes- A $20 per person park pass or a longer term pass may be purchased upon entry the day of your tour. Children age 15 & under enter free. $35 per vehicle pass may NOT be used for commercial tour vehicles. Your tour guide can assist with the purchase that best suit your needs. Contact Us for details.   • Non-US citizens/residents will pay an additional $100 (+$20 above) per person, or may purchase a $250 Non-Resident annual pass, which is good for up to four people for one year. 

  • National Park Passes- If you already have a long term National Park pass you may use it in lieu of the per person pass and the non-resident fee. Present the card at the entrance with identification.​

• Restrooms- Full service or vault toilets are available at various locations throughout the park.

• ​Cell/Wi-Fi- You will not have services for most of your excursion. Reception will be extremely limited and connection speeds vary.

• Cell phone charging- Ports are available for keeping your phone charged for taking photos.

• Clothing-Wear comfortable shoes for walking on boardwalks or dirt trails and comfortable clothing layers. You might want hats & mittens in the spring/fall.

• Weather- Temperatures in the park can be 10°-20° F cooler than surrounding towns due to higher elevations. Your day will likely start out 40 ° F cooler than the afternoon temp. • Safety- Guides carry bear spray and explain park safety procedures.

• Binoculars- Availble for each guest. Your guide may set up a spotting scope for larger distances.

• Planning- You do not have to plan your tour. We will show you a variety of features in your tour.

• Customization- Talk to us about customize in advance. We personalize along the way.

• Lunch- A hearty size sandwich picnic lunch is included. Other meals not provided. 

• Snacks- A variety of snacks are provided.

• Beverages- Water and a variety of carbonated beverages are provided.

• What will I see? Although time does not permit us to stop at every Point of Interest on your tour, or see every species of wildlife, you will see more with your knowledgeable guide. See Tours for details. 

• Walking- Taking short walks on boardwalks and trails to features for optimal viewing with your guide is recommended.

• Shopping- Optional quick stop at a Yellowstone National Park General Store for extra supplies, souvenirs, and gifts.

• Gratuity- 15%-20% recommended, is not included. Cash, Venmo, Zelle typically accepted.

• Memories- Expect beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.
